5. Payment, Credits & Subscription Plans
GetMyCreative operates on a freemium model with limited free credits for new users.
After using your free credits, you may either:
Purchase single-use credits for one-time projects, or
Upgrade to a paid subscription for full access and additional features.
Billing Terms:
Payments are processed through trusted third-party providers.
Subscription renewals are automatic unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
We do not store your payment details; they are handled securely by our payment processor.
Refunds may be provided at our discretion in compliance with applicable laws.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality on GetMyCreative — including designs, templates, code, trademarks, and branding — are owned by or licensed to GetMyCreative.
You retain ownership of your uploaded assets and generated designs. However, by using the platform, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content for providing the Services.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without prior written consent.
7. AI-Generated Content
Our platform uses AI models to generate and modify visuals.
By using these tools, you understand and agree that:
AI outputs may not always be unique or error-free.
Responsibility for final use, review, and compliance of generated content lies with you.
GetMyCreative disclaims liability for any legal or reputational issues arising from AI-generated assets.
AI-generated content may occasionally resemble existing works due to training data patterns, though no intentional duplication occurs.
8. Data Privacy

By using the platform, you consent to our data practices as described therein.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
GetMyCreative is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Services.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the preceding 6 months.
10. Termination
You may stop using GetMyCreative at any time by deleting your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:
You breach these Terms.
Your activity poses a security, legal, or reputational risk.
You misuse AI or upload prohibited content.
